The ECOWAS Regional Competition Authority (ERCA) is participating in the 23rd International Conference on Competition, hosted by the Bundeskartellamt, Germany’s Federal Cartel Office, from 11 to 13 March 2026.
The conference will focus on key issues, including the Digital Markets Act and Germany’s Act against Restraints of Competition.
The panel discussions will tackle pressing issues in competition law and policy, including geopolitics, AI’s impact on competition, the interplay between competition and regulation, administrative autonomy limits, latest merger control trends, and competition in a hyper-connected world.
